Upon arrival, I found the room to be nice, roomy, and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. However, it was disappointing to notice that it was dirty and dusty. The staff was somewhat helpful, but there were instances where they were rude and not very friendly. The location was quite convenient for my needs, being close to the Paso Del Norte Cultural Center, but the water heater not functioning made it challenging. The dining experience was not as good as expected, with limited options available. The hotel had some positive aspects such as proximity to stores and restaurants. However, the room conditions and service left much to be desired.

Despite some issues with the old bedding and a bad smell in the junior suite, alongside last-minute surprises like a lack of blankets for the sofa bed, the hotel offers a convenient location close to a Soriana mega-store for quick purchases. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, with friendly staff but also instances of uninvited entries by housekeeping. Dining experience was subpar due to a limited selection and unexpected cleaning delays. On the bright side, the hotel is positioned well for various purposes, including access to cultural centers.

When we arrived, the hotel room looked open even though it was locked, letting cold air in and making it a bit humid during the day. The heater wasn't working, so it was cold inside. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious enough, and the bathroom was clean and in excellent condition.
